What Isghaa is

Isghaa is a mental telehealth platform run by HBRMED LLC. It connects Arabic speakers with specialists in psychiatry, psychotherapy and counselling by text, voice or video. The Isghaa supervisor reviews every request and chooses a suitable specialist.

Not an emergency service

If you are in danger now, don't wait for our reply: call your local emergency number or see the crisis numbers.

The self-check

The self-check helps you understand how you have been feeling. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a specialist.

Age, and asking for someone else

Contact requests are for adults aged 18 or older. If you ask for support for someone in your family, they should know about it and agree to be contacted.

Prices

Prices are shown before you book any session. Sending a contact request commits you to nothing.

If you don't feel comfortable after your first session, tell us and we will refund it.

What we don't promise

We work to connect you with a suitable specialist, but we cannot promise a particular outcome.
