Who we are
Isghaa is run by HBRMED LLC, a company registered in the United States, which is responsible for your data.
What we collect
Self-check: your answers stay in your browser and are scored on your device. We receive nothing unless you choose to attach the result to a contact request.
Contact request: the name you would like us to call you, your contact method and details, your country of residence, the best time to contact you, who the support is for, your note if you write one, and your self-check result if you attach it.
As with any website, your IP address reaches our server to show the page and to prevent abuse; we do not store it with your request. We do not use cookies for visitors.
Why we collect it
To arrange contact with you and connect you with a suitable specialist, based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees your request
Only the Isghaa supervisor sees your request. When they choose a specialist for you, they share only what is needed to contact you.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or analytics tools.
Where it is stored
Your request is stored encrypted on a private server that HBRMED rents and runs itself.
We will state the country where the server is located here.
How long we keep it
A request is deleted automatically after 90 days if we have not contacted you, and 30 days after it is closed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@hbrmed.com.
If you choose WhatsApp, your messages pass through a service run by Meta under its own terms. We use it only to arrange contact, so don't send anything there you don't want to share.
Not an emergency service
Isghaa does not respond to emergencies. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number or see the crisis numbers.
Age
Contact requests are for adults aged 18 or older.
